In year 2005 both promoted and founded Lal Metal Forge (P) Ltd. He has more than 30 years experience in running Industry including 25 years experience in Metal Forging . He presently is looking after day to day operation and financial activity of company.

Initially started his Career in Food preservation and cold chain Industry in western Uttar Pradesh, later shifted his business interests in Forging Industry.
